January last year I decided to get a professional help with my fitness journey after lots of ups and downs navigating the road by myself.
So much easier now I have someone keeps me accountable.
Fast forward to a year later, I am a stronger and better version of myself. I noticed the increase of my energy level, no more midday slump and sleep better. I happily turn up early in the morning to workout with the lovely community of like-minded people who work hard to get closer to their personal goals.
I ticked half-marathon off my bucket list September last year, wouldn't have done if it was not for my trainer Nathan who relentlessly pushes me towards the goals. Full marathon this year! I highly recommend the team of coaches at DRIVE captained by Dillon.

Before joining Drive I had been a member of several other gyms but I hated them. I was really intimidated by the equipment and other people training. I actually vowed to never join another gym. After losing 30+ kilos by myself I realised that I wanted to exercise more and was keen to build strength, however I was keen to find a PT who would help me with my nutrition too. Despite vowing to not join another gym, Dillion seemed to have a different approach and I decided to give Drive a go. Drive has given me everything I needed plus much more. I now have a safe space in which to experiment with weight training and learn in a non-judgemental studio, they give me personalised plans and help me with my food, plus I now have a community of amazing people that I look forward to seeing every time I head to the gym. I have been with DRIVE since February 2022.
Before I joined DRIVE I tried every diet, cleanse anything and everything going because I did not have expert knowledge and support I continuously failed.
Since joining DRIVE and working closely with my trainer Nathan I am seeing real results and developing knowledge and healthy life changing life long habbits.
I have lost 10 kgs and kept it off for at least 6 months which is something I have never achieved ever.
