Greg is by far the best trainer I've ever had, he is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous with ensuring I have the right technique during the training sessions. I’ve trained with Greg for over 10 years. You know he’s got the goods given how long we’ve trained together. And you know he’s a great guy for putting up with me for that long!

In that time he’s helped me increase muscle mass, drop body fat, get fitter, recover from injuries and generally “get my head in the game” - in the gym and in life.

Greg is deeply dedicated to his clients. He is driven and constantly bettering himself for his clients. I love chatting to him about his current training program, formal professional development courses, and other education he is doing - and he passes this all on to you. As his client, it’s motivating to learn the science behind what he’s doing with you.

He is goal-orientated and approaches training holistically. It’s definitely NOT all about lifting as heavy as you can (unless that’s your goal). It’s about everything - particularly having a good relationship with exercise and yourself.

We’re way passed being just “PT + Client”. I’m proud to consider him one of my closest friends, as we’ve gotten to know each and see each other weekly for a decade - that’s probably more than anyone else in my life. Plus he’s seen me at my literal weakest and strongest! But I think at the core of it all, it’s because he’s inspiring. I think it would be hard to actually inspire people - to give them that motivation to change their own habits, thinking and lifestyle. And yet, he does it cooly, calmly and consistently.

I’ve trained with Greg for over 6 years and loved every minute of it. His sessions never get old and he’s constantly bringing something new to push me further. His knowledge is excellent and he tailors his sessions to you…knowing what you can do and just when you think you’re spent he’s able to get that little bit extra. I honestly believe Greg is one of the best personal trainers out there. When I first started I was sick, weak and barely exercising. Greg tailored a weight loss then muscle building program for me and I have lost 22kgs in six months. I am so happy I achieved my goal with Greg’s professional guidance. Greg trains with plenty of time, the session is not rushed. Honestly, Greg has expert knowledge and passes this on in a friendly and motivating way. Greg made me believe in myself again and now I love training and having sessions with Greg twice a week. Truly, Greg is amazing and I’ve tried a lot of other trainers who don’t come close to him. Greg is an amazing trainer. He really knows his craft and he focuses on technique to begin with to make sure that is correct. He’s a really humble guy and so approachable and you feel able to ask lots of questions even if you might think they are silly. He really listens to what you are trying to achieve and comes up with a plan to get you there. He knows about nutrition too and his own story is so inspirational. In 2019 Greg helped me pull off the ultimate bucket list, to compete in my first ever fitness model competition. Since then Greg writes all my training programs. I am always excited every month with my new program and never get bored or sick of them. Greg is a perfectionist, he knows exactly what muscles need work to create the shape and definition I desire and listens to my needs. I started training with Greg 5 years ago as part of my recovery for a back injury, which was a key factor in making a full recovery. My twice weekly sessions have ensured I can maintain my overall cardio health and strength, particularly legs and core to prevent another injury.

Since training with Greg I have seen an overall improvement in leg and upper body strength, and has included regular core work based on my specific needs.  Greg encourages me to work at my own pace while making sure I am still progressing, which makes the overall experience both rewarding and engaging. 

A  very professional and knowledgeable trainer who provides something different regularly so my training never becomes boring.

With a very challenging work schedule, I would not have been able to keep a consistent approach to training and exercise without Greg, and enjoy the feeling of being healthy and energetic all the time.

Greg is truly the best PT you will ever find!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. After trying so many different gyms and a few PT’s over the years, I was so glad to finally meet someone who I felt comfortable with straight away. I had injured my back from HIIT classes and Greg ensured that all the exercises were safe for me and tailored to my needs. He motivates you and genuinely wants to see you reach your goals. I was able to lose the weight I wanted by working with him which motivated me to also eat better and create a healthier lifestyle, not just a quick easy fix as he also gave me great advice around my eating habits.
