Physical Therapists ready to help

Headstrong Fitness

Headstrong Fitness

I believe I can change the way you look at fitness, food & your lifestyle, through fully prioritising your lifestyle, health & goals. I can help you reach the body you desire & the mind set to go with it. But you need to be ready, willing & able to change. Physical results don't just come from a few trips to the gym each week. It comes from understanding, consistency, & arranging your priorities. I have trained many people who have exercised 5-7 days a week, yet cant seem to get the imagined results. More is more yep? ....Not exactly. Health, fitness.... & the many variables of it can be pretty confusing & the media can easily misguide the population on uneducated topics such as: Bread is evil & will make you fat Protein will damage your kidneys Weights will make you look manly Some classics! Yet, all is believed because its plastered over the media. Plus how many of the general public will actually read AND understand a cited scientific study with all the lingo to go with it ? This is where I adapt my coaching to YOU. We go through your goals, lifestyle & any limiting factors you have, look at how you perform through movement & posture & build your training through ways which are going to challenge you, increase your confidence & optimise your health (and look incredible alllll while this is happening). You may have difficulty forming habits such as; - Getting up early in the morning - Finding the time to do activity - Eating a balanced healthy diet consistently. The better you understand your limiting factors, the better you will be able to overcome them & form the habits that will get you closer to your goals. If we don't fully understand the roles that good nutrition & exercise play in the body, sticking to it is going to be pretty hard right! This is where we become a team. In ways adapted to your learning style I will increase your understanding of fitness & nutrition to the next level - for life - Whilst always making sure you are happy, having fun & getting the results that you desire. if you're ready to make some amazing changes for yourself & health. Drop me an email to find out more about the coaching I offer or, arrange a free 30 minute sit down to tell me more about yourself & what you want to achieve! Take a look at my Facebook for my client reviews to se the upmost care and attention I put into every client! I'm based in South Glasgow Thornliebank @ FitForLess gym (no membership required) My Specialist areas are: o Lean tissue development & body fat loss o Body transformation programming o Progressive strength training o Health & nutritional enhancement o Athletic conditioning & high intensity training o Lifestyle & habit based coaching Hope to hear from you soon!
