Owei has been my life coach for about 5 weeks now, and honestly it’s been great having someone to talk to. He has shown to be skilled in listening and asking questions in a way that gets you to really think and have great insights into yourself. Very important to have this in this day and age.
If I had to suggest any improvements, I would say listening a bit more. He’s already a great listener, but he loves giving advice as soon as he understands you. Which is very good (considering we normally have 45min-1hr sessions). The listening is great, just keep doing more of that.
But overall his coaching has helped improve my mindset quite a lot, especially in terms of getting to know myself better and getting to know my goals more. Would definitely recommend.

My coaching duties are closely assisting professionals to become more empowered, confident, enthusiastic and to adopt goals including a highest vision action plan is a rewarding profession. Each career professional is different in their career outlook. Some feel just part of the company's furniture with stalled promotional prospects. My PhD degree lead to significant innovations in chemical formulations including modifying technical apparatus by design. Now for my brief analogy! Without a coherently designed scale drawing, it’s like assembling multi component flat pack furniture blindfolded. Hence, I have the passion to assist others interested in preparing new state of art that benefits humanity. I love engaging with all types of people as I've managed groups of upto 5 people before.
Firstly, let me outline my previous flaw: I used to have a major inferiority complex and my fixed mindset used to tell me that I’m always less capable than any of my superiors of team work. This stems from the many contractual job roles and HR departments not supporting the advanced skills training of middle ranking posts I held at the time. Also, my older family members never attained managerial positions in their careers hence no desirable role model apart from my parents constantly encouraging get me into medical school. I was not interested in medicine at all during my college years.
I changed my mindset fairly recently. Also the encouragement from a few of my business minded cousins and former colleagues inspired me to bring forward my talents towards career DTR coaching and product Innovation consultancy. I've tackled big challenges before by keeping up with priorities. I'm fortunate to possess previous strong work experience from 14 reputed organisations in both the public and private sector. Now that I've created my own stability as a highly committed freelance professional, I'm able to dedicate my time and energy in providing the best Career coaching and Product innovation consultancy with guaranteed results.
I am fortunate to have a wealth of life experience and I understand people better because our cerebral cortex, aka brain are highly complicated. I believe we are incentive driven creatures of habit. Absolutely nothing is lost as I carry forward my work experiences from reputed organisations. I quite recently obtained three fast track diplomas in coaching relating to career coaching. I can provide services online using Skype or Zoom video call. I have a bureau, office chair, cabinets and adequate security at home. I'm highly disciplined when working from home.
I have no plans to meet clients in person until all lockdown is lifted in the UK. All my specialist coaching including consultancy is managed from my home. Normally I would meet my prospects or clients in local coffee shops in the London area.
