I struggled with emotions in my work place. I had no one to share with. I came across an advert by WNS about a retreat on FB.
I wasted no time and I booked my self on the retreat. It was a power packed weekend and I had a lot of time to think about what was really making me un happy. I came up with solutions and I worked with Phyllis, the lead Coach for a few months. She helped me to rediscover myself and I have made changes to my life that I thought were not possible. I still have work to do on myself but I feel happier now and always wake up with a purpose.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the change in people is what I love and live for. Life is for living, and I love seeing my clients wake up to their full potential and start living life intentionally and unapologetically!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to do what I love most with no restrictions. I'm my own client! Seeing where I have come from and where I am today is a marvel! The pain of seeing others continue walking in unproductivity is what inspired my business. I wanted to be that encouraging voice walking alongside someone saying "you can do it. Just this one more time," until the breakthrough which is never that far happens. I wanted to be a listening ear to others because I didn't have that ear to listen when I needed one.

Yes I can. Online has become the best due to the pandemic. I use zoom calls for both individual and group coaching.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Weekend retreats have been on hold since the pandemic started. As the world is opening up slowly, we are looking forward to restarting these sessions.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING

As an Existential Coach, I will help you to have a transformation in your life by helping you get rid of the thought pattern that has held you back. I will teach you how to self-talk your way to success.
GROUP COACHING
The sharing of knowledge and experiences is an important way to gain perspective on life. That is why we run small, group coaching sessions so that you can share and get support in a community.
WEEKEND RETREATS
The world has gone crazily busy. Rarely do we take time to listen to our bodies and our hearts until we have hit rock bottom. You don’t want to leave it too late. Take time for yourself to find yourself and be intentional about your plans. You only live once and so you need to make the most of it.
At these retreats, there’s plenty of space for you to really investigate you and know what you really want. There are teaching sessions, coaching sessions, and time to simply soak in.
