I offer a wide range of services using NLP, Hypnosis and Psychological Theory to help people uncover their limiting beliefs. I believe learning about oneself is the best way to learn how to create empowering beliefs that lead to goal achievement, emotional control, and behaviour flexibility. I have many satisfied clients that have given me written and video testimonials of their results.

I went to Surinder for help with anxiety and agoraphobia. I was having panic attacks multiple times a week and couldn’t get even around the block without having a panic attack and breaking down. After just my first session I stoped having panic attacks. I quickly realized that I have a much higher say in how my emotions come into my life. With just a few tools I was able to realize when I was on course for a panic attack and stop myself. I then could relax myself and start back at what I I was doing. The more times I practiced and got to put my new found skills to work the more I felt like I had some control of my anxiety. With the help of Surinder I felt myself gaining more confidence. I started to venture out of my house and go to places in town. I was going twice as far as before in the first week then by the end of the month I was half way across town. Before I was so scared to even be in a car and just one month later I was like hey take the long way home the more I’m in the car the better it is for me. If you feel like you need something to change in your life then Surinder is the guy to help you accomplish these goals. He has been a huge help to me and I’m sure you will have a similar experience.
Welcome, and thank you for being here. Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and self-care. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, grieving a loss, or simply sensing that something needs to shift, you don’t have to go through it alone. Your mental health matters, just like your physical health—and how you feel truly matters. You may be here because:
Do you find that you are often feeling overwhelmed by emotions, or feel anxious about getting through your day? Do you find that you are feeling agitated or angry, stressed, but you’re not totally sure why? When your frustration or anger gets triggered, do you have a hard time stopping yourself from lashing out at others? Or do you push down the things you want to say to everyone around you for fear of pushing everyone around you away?
At Resilient Foundations Counselling Services, you will feel seen, heard, and understood. A place where you are supported in an authentic, warm, and professional manner. Change the Patterns. Rewrite the Story. RecodeYou - The Self. “Reprogram the Autopilot That’s Been Running Your Life — In One Transformational Session.” You’ve tried to change — - to think differently, - feel differently, and be different. But Conscious self does not run the body. So you find that something inside keeps pulling you back to the same patterns. Let’s call it- Autopilot, for ease.

I had an accident nearly 5 years ago on a Toronto highway, which had posed a lot of challenges where the highway was taboo.
Despite attending Driver rehab, and other modalities (where I did get a lot of assistance in city driving and fears) the highway still posed many challenges.
I thought highway driving was always going to be a battle, that was until I met Jag.
He told me that if I followed his instructions he would be able to take away the emotional connection with driving, especially on the highway.
Basically, he said that any time the accident came up there would be no emotions attached to the event.
I have to say I was very skeptical to say the least.
After only 1 session I can drive on the highway with little issue. I still get nervous with loud noises, etc. but I do not panic.
I still have yet to drive to the accident scene, but that no longer poses a humungous emotional threat.
Now I feel, well if I get there I get there if I don’t, I don’t, but I will be OK either way.
Thank you so much Jag, and I can’t wait for my next releases.

Zahra Syeda, went out of her way to help me. It’s wasn’t just all about a pay cheque to her, she cares about her patient… She’s non judgemental and very soft spoken. She created a safe space for me to be myself and to speak my mind. She always gives honest and positive feedback. I appreciate her for showing empathy and understanding for what I’m going through. God bless her heart ❤️ 🙏

I was inspired to start my own private practice for online therapy due to a strong drive to make mental health services more accessible and inclusive. The potential to reach a broader audience through online platforms motivated me to create a convenient and flexible therapy option. Running my own practice grants me the autonomy to align my values with the therapeutic approaches I use, providing a personalized experience for my clients. Embracing digital tools allows me to explore innovative ways of delivering therapy while continuously learning and growing in the ever-evolving field of online therapy.
Clients should choose me as their therapist for several reasons. Firstly, I have extensive experience working with mental health issues, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to address a wide range of concerns. As a person of color (POC), I bring a unique perspective and understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by marginalized communities. This enables me to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy, ensuring clients feel heard, validated, and understood.
I strongly believe in a strengths-based approach, focusing on clients' inherent strengths and resilience as they navigate their journey towards healing. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is attentive, compassionate, and non-judgmental, where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and vulnerabilities.
What sets me apart is my commitment to tailoring therapy to each client's specific needs. I recognize that each person is unique and their struggles are influenced by various factors. Additionally, I am dedicated to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques. This allows me to provide evidence-based interventions and ensure the highest standard of care for my clients.
In summary, clients should choose me as their therapist because I have experience with mental health, understand the nuances of marginalization, utilize a strengths-based approach, am attentive and compassionate, and tailor therapy to meet their specific needs. My commitment to cultural sensitivity, personalized care, and ongoing growth makes me a trusted and effective ally on their journey towards well-being.
