I have been in fitness professionally for 8 years, but have had a passion for it since I was a kid. I graduated from UBCO in Human kinetics with a focus on clinical exercise. I started my career in a big box gym as a personal trainer learning the ins and outs of the business and eventually venturing off into my own business.

If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, fun, experienced, and dedicated to your success in fitness, Fred is your man! He has been a pleasure to train with. He literally taught my body how to move again. After 4 car accidents, I was in a very weak state and he worked with me on strength, flexibility, endurance, and everything else in between. He always had an arsenal of exercises, which made the sessions interesting and exciting. He helped me develop muscles I never even knew I had. He pushed me to find new limits even when I didn’t think I could. He believed in me and my potential, and told me so, which motivated me to keep going. I have worked with a few personal trainers and Fred is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever worked with. It was clearly evident he understands the human body and he knew how to get results I was looking for. The best part about working with Fred is how down to earth and personable he is. I’ve been working out with Fred twice a week since December 2020.

As someone with chronic health problems, I appreciate how flexible he is mid workout. Sometimes a muscle doesn’t fire properly during an exercise and he is quick to spot it and make adjustments to the activity or movements.

Fred is very knowledgeable and patient. He has gone above and beyond to learn about my scoliosis and look for ways to help improve my back and manage my pain.

Because of my work with Fred, my back and hips are stronger and more stable. I’m having less back pain and less breathing problems.

Fred is a friendly and positive person. He has even won over my cat! Working at a home gym can be challenging, but Fred is creative and does a great job using the tools and equipment I have.

If you are looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Fred.

I have trained with Fred for many years. He has been an outstanding trainer and really helped me to set goals and put a plan in place to achieve them. His knowledge around how the body works really helped when I had more limited mobility as he was able to suggest substitute movements that would hit the key muscle groups. This approach allowed me to increase my mobility and get past that stereotypical "hit a wall" stage. He is a joy to work with and I cannot recommend him highly enough to everyone, beginner or experienced. Met Fred nearly 8yrs ago when i was eager to get back into the gym. Fred took the time to understand my fitness goals. He educated me in understanding what it would take to achieve them and he supported me throughout our time together. He makes the workouts fun and you can see he has a great passion for helping people from all levels of fitness. I've been training with Fred for the last 2 years and he's taught me a lot of new techniques and helped my form massively. He's super knowledgeable and likes to crack jokes and make it fun.

Fred aka Little Dragon is the 1st Personal Trainer I ever had a instant connection with... You could say he had me at "Hello".
He is Extremely Patient & Knowledgable with Human Movement. Fred was able to guide me thru all the motions without making me Feeling Awkward. "I Love Your Gentle Hands" I would Tell Him. Lol
