1-on-1 in-person training is personal training just for yourself in the location of your choice (home, apartment gym, backyard, garage, outdoors (seasonal)). No equipment? No problem. I come with a variety of equipment to keep your workouts fun and effective.

Tandem or small group in-person training is personal training for you and a partner or a few friends in the location of your choice (home, apartment gym, backyard, garage, outdoors (seasonal)). No equipment? No problem. I come with a variety of equipment to keep your workouts fun and effective. This can be a great option to share the cost of having a personal trainer while still receiving personalized training.
