I consider myself to be a hardworking, committed, high performer, who has had a lot of achievements in my career and life that I am truly proud of. However, in recent years, I have constantly found myself feeling burnt out, stressed, not sleeping well, lacking in direction and generally just feeling unfulfilled in my life. I was always someone trying to tick off a checklist to make myself feel like I was advancing and achieving in my life, but it was not making me happy. Thankfully, I was gifted by a friend, some life coaching sessions with Richard who has truly helped me to rediscover my current values and what’s really important to me now in my life. He is like a “wingman” in my corner helping me to realise my best self. With his support in the sessions, I have managed to dig deep to reveal my hierarchy of needs and what truly drives me. What can I say about my experience with Victoria. I was the lowest I’ve ever been, suffering from mental health for over 10 year and dealing with my trauma through counselling and being able to move on, yet not push through the blockages when I get triggered. Eugene took the time to really listen to me and what it is that I needed out of his time, he delivered valuable information that I could never have received from a google search or an online career counsellor, this man has a wealth of knowledge in the Business and Career fields.
