Find a Life Coach in Victoria

I've worked with Bel over the last 3 weeks and loving it! We have looked at all areas of life & business and made specific goals for them! I've made some small changes and some bigger life changes which feel so much more aligned to who I want to be! Highly Recommend!

I started with Mini as I was trying to find someone who could help me with my Anxiety and my Panic Attacks - at least at that moment I thought that was my main issue. I always felt so comfortable, secure and free to talk about everything I was feeling. Mini has helped me with my relationships, insomnia and my understanding of who I fundamentally am . The most important one was to come to an understanding and feeling that I was not defined by any of the things that were happening or will happen in my life. Feeling ok with the flow of my emotions and being happy to be around all my emotions even on my “bad” days. At the end “I” am the only one who can define what is “good” or “bad” and how every single thing that happens in my life will affect me. I’m feeling more secure with myself, more aware of my emotions and now I have the tools to navigate in my life. I am no longer fighting with life, I just look at it and go through it with my eyes and heart open.

I have to say it has been one of the best decisions I ever made about myself working with a life coach as it helped me relieve so much pressure and change my point of view on matters in my life that appeared to be so difficult at the time! Working with Nadia for the past few months has been an embraceful, lively and motivating experience! Nadia helped me discover a new perspective for my goals in life and resolve issues that I was not able to overcome for years. She helped me understand the meaning and depth of what it is to understand myself and how to utilise my skills and innate nature to improve my every day life which is the purpose of ‘living to the fullest’ as I recall her using that phrase! I finally understand and feel how powerful someone can become with the help of a life coach! It has been truthfully beneficial including such a positive guidance in my week! I consider myself to be a hardworking, committed, high performer, who has had a lot of achievements in my career and life that I am truly proud of. However, in recent years, I have constantly found myself feeling burnt out, stressed, not sleeping well, lacking in direction and generally just feeling unfulfilled in my life. I was always someone trying to tick off a checklist to make myself feel like I was advancing and achieving in my life, but it was not making me happy. What can I say about my experience with Victoria. I was the lowest I’ve ever been, suffering from mental health for over 10 year and dealing with my trauma through counselling and being able to move on, yet not push through the blockages when I get triggered. I’d lost all my confidence and ability to believe in myself. I’m a busy mummy of 2 beautiful babies & running my business, studying and working everything just piled on top of me. I have a consultation with Victoria and a I can say the rest is history. It has been amazing working with Roee. I have felt very comfortable to just be myself and to be open and honest in our sessions and Roee creates a really safe space to talk without judgement. if there were 10 stars they would all be for Eugene @ A Stronger Narrative. Eugene took the time to really listen to me and what it is that I needed out of his time, he delivered valuable information that I could never have received from a google search or an online career counsellor, this man has a wealth of knowledge in the Business and Career fields. Eugene gave me a truthful clear understanding of what i need to focus on to move forward into my new business venture, TRUST is huge especially with an advisor i have never met, he's got mine, 100 percent, and I trust every word he shared with me also. you would be silly not to book in with this career professional.

This is the first time I've finally had the courage to start therapy, and I couldn't have found a better therapist so early on with my enquiry. Rachel provides a really safe and comforting environment. She is incredibly kind, gentle and great in what she does. It can be overwhelming to start looking for a good therapist, but Rachel is certainly worth having a conversation with at the very least. The change comes naturally and you can see the progress after every session. I am very lucky to have met her, and found change in myself through the work she does.

Lesley was brilliant at working through the problems I was having in a supportive and constructive way. I was amazed at the results I had in just 1 session - I went from fixating, jumping to the worst conclusion and losing sleep with worry to being able to handle the changes in my life with clarity.
