I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. Training with Yolanda has made my mornings all worth it. I'm not a morning person but the session coupled with the giggles we share has been something I look forward to. I like that she calls me to order when I seem to slack and celebrates my milestones loudly.
