Coming from a Martial Arts background, we use knowledge from Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Grappling, Yoga, and Acrobatics to make a fun environment that helps you keep fit, and develop skills that could help you should you need it.
Fully equipped Strength Training Facility/Private Gym
We offer Group Strength Classes between 6am and 9am from Tuesdays to Friday mornings and afternoons between 16.00 and 19.30 on Mondays to Thursdays.
We also offer professional one on one Strength training.
