We offer classes, private lessons and clinics in the sport of fencing. Our coaches will help you reach goals for recreational or competitive fencing. Conditioning is a fundamental part of our programs. We also offer boxing classes.

GFA helps you improve mind & body through the art of fencing. Conditioning & coordination focuses of our programs enable you to gain skills and strategies to be successful in the sport of fencing.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
GFA celebrates all body types, all abilities, and all ages. Fencing is for everyone, and everyone will look good with a sword in hand - automatically.
What do you love most about your job?
We get to sword fight and stab people! Need I say more?
What inspired you to start your own business?
There was no place to fence during COVID lock downs, and we decided to create a place dedicated to the sport of fencing.

GFA does not provide online or remote services, at this time. Some of our clinics will be offered for both in person and virtual attendees.

Fencing classes
GFA offers beginner & intermediate level fencing classes in all three weapons - Foil, Epee & Sabre.
Fencing lessons
GFA coaches will work one-on-one with fencers of any weapon in private lessons designed to help you reach your next level.
Boxing classes
GFA offers a weekly beginner class focused on fundamentals of footwork and body mechanics. This is a no-contact class but is more than a workout.
