I did not complete my initial membership term, however, the time that I invested helped me overcome a limp that I had attributed to iliotibial band syndrome and strengthened my musculoskeletal system that resulted from a serious fall in 2012 and loss of movement, flexibility, core strength and balance. I had a wonderful experience at the OsteoStrong in Greensboro on New Garden Rd. The atmosphere was relaxing and modern. The manager gave me a tour of the store and information about the process.
