How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Using my knowledge in fitness and nutrition, I will push my clients to have specific and measurable fitness goals for us to monitor and change those goals if needed. But also, a steady routine needs to be stressed.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I think the 'secret' is implementing and maintaining fitness and nutritional habits that stick. For everyone those habits are usually different, just how everyones' body of their dreams is different. But once those habits stick, those habits become a lifestyle.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people feel and look the way they might not have thought was possible.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will be a motivating factor each training session. I will remind my client why they chose to start a fitness program and to not give up on me and themselves.
