We provide half hour sessions and hourly sessions that can either be 1-1 or in a small group! Every client obtains their own, personalized program. This program will help them achieve their goals as well as learn how to build a fitness routine that fits their lifestyle! Ask your trainer questions on nutrition, exercise, daily routines, and we will either have or find you an answer! Each program is designed by our Owner, who received his undergrad and master degrees in exercise science/injury prevention/rehab sciences. You cannot go wrong! How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We use functional training! What this means is we teach you how to move. Believe it or not, as a babe we learn how to crawl, balance, and then walk. As we age we lose the ability to crawl, balance, and walk. So our training is designed to help you maintain these traits AND help you lose fat/gain muscle. It is simple!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Our secret sauce is our customer service. Many trainers and gyms only care about the time you are with them. So if we have two, one-hour sessions per week, that is only about 1% of your total week. We ensure you are involved with us everyday! Enjoy our emails, our personal support from the team, and workouts to do at home.

What do you love most about your job?

I love love that I am able to change lives. Exercise has helped me become who I am today. Without exercise, I would be lost. It has taught me discipline, time management, and has made me more responsible. Because of exercise I have more energy, I am happier, and I look forward to moving daily! My goal is to help others do and feel the same.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always wanted to. As a personal trainer working for a larger facility, I felt limited on what I could do. I had to abide to their methods and their systems when I felt I could offer more. Being my own boss now allows me to do what I need to help my clients!

Why should our clients choose you?

Because I will be there with them every step of the way. I make eating and exercise as easy as it can be. While doing this clients will lose weight (an average of a pound a week) and clients will get better, feel stronger. I have had clients go skiing and feel a world of a difference. I have had clients be able to put on their underwear without falling over. I helped clients reduce blood pressure medication. Reduce depression. Overcome an eating disorder. I learn WHAT YOU NEED and I work on that. Every client gets a different protocol. No two people are alike. That is why.
