Four Pillar Fitness is about building you a healthy lifestyle, one pillar at a time!
We use functional training to get you moving, not use machines and actually do you more harm than good.. Our goal is to help build you an easy to follow and fun fitness routine, support you regularly, progress you to your goals, and improve your longevity!
We provide half hour sessions and hourly sessions that can either be 1-1 or in a small group!
Every client obtains their own, personalized program. This program will help them achieve their goals as well as learn how to build a fitness routine that fits their lifestyle! Ask your trainer questions on nutrition, exercise, daily routines, and we will either have or find you an answer!
Each program is designed by our Owner, who received his undergrad and master degrees in exercise science/injury prevention/rehab sciences.
