Step by Step Personal Training is a sole proprietorship owned/run by myself, Jimmy Agudelo. I'm an exercise specialist with multiple certifications (NASM-CPT; CES; FMS) as well as a college degree in exercise science through East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. 7 years of hands-on experience (working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels) have prepared me to take on my own business, training clients full-time since 2019.
