‘21 Certificate of Excellence

I am a professional CBT (cognitive behavioral Therapist), counselor. I have been working for almost three years now. I have volunteered in the past for Mind. I offer support for Severe anxiety (panic attacks), generalized anxiety, stress, OCD issues, relationship issues, Self-esteem, and low self-worth and confidence, and anger issues. I provide individual therapy or couples therapy. I have three different services (price varies on service). I provide therapy over the phone, the internet as well as face-to-face. My sessions last an hour. My first session is FREE. There is free parking on-site. "My mission is to empower you to help yourself. To become the leading person in your life. To provide a safe, trustful, and non-judgemental/confidential environment that provides you the tools you need to empower you to combat life's challenges and take back control. " If you do the techniques/exercises I set you and keep doing them every day, then you will start to see a difference. It's a bit like physio but for the brain. :) If you have any further questions don't hesitate to get in contact. Corinne Bell Dip_co Bella_therapy

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy how each day is different and when clients tackle issues and I see them progressing, it's a really great feeling. It's also taught me a lot about myself as a person and the things I need. I am always learning from my clients. I also enjoy just being around people from different walks of life and hearing their stories as we all have a story to tell.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to open my own business because of the freedom it allows me and because I can get to know you all better. I can make my own choices and give better services to all my clients.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am passionate about people and the job that I do. I listen, care, and I am kind. I provide support and a safe and trusting environment that is confidential and non-Judgemental. I give you techniques and exercises to take away to add to your toolkit. Even after we stop meeting you will be able to look back and hopefully use some of these exercises and techniques and also gain a better understanding of yourself and take control of your own life again. :)

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I do provide Online - using Skype, Whatsapp messenger, and Facebook messenger, instagram messenger.

Therapist FAQs

This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the therapist holds.

This will depend on where you live, what level of training your therapist has and what they specialise in (whether they are a counsellor, psychotherapist or psychologist) and also how many years of working experience they have.

Your professional therapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted therapist today.

You need to devote some time to finding the right therapist as the connection you have with your therapist is essential. You need someone who you can trust, someone you feel comfortable talking to about difficult subjects and intimate secrets, someone who will be a partner in your recovery. Therapy will not be effective unless you have this bond, so take some time in the beginning to find the right person.

It is worth talking to a few potential therapists and asking questions. Therapists also have special areas of focus, such as depression or eating disorders. For some issues, such as trauma or PTSD, seeing a specialist is absolutely essential.

Everyone’s treatment is different. How long your therapy lasts depends on many factors.

You may be offered a single session of counselling, a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months or a longer course that lasts for several months or years.

It can take a number of sessions before you start to see progress but you should gradually start to feel better with the help and support of your trusted Bark therapist.

Professional counsellor training takes three to five years and can be a diploma or degree level. Qualification requires a minimum number of client hours acquired through a work placement.

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their therapy.

Therapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety or an eating disorder. Or it can help with an upsetting physical health condition such as infertility, a difficult life event such as a bereavement or a relationship breakdown. It can also be used to tackle difficult emotions such as low self-esteem, anger or sexual identity issues. Therapists also offer couples therapy. Therapists can also help with anxiety issues deriving from the coronavirus.

Absolutely! Many therapists offer sessions over the phone or through an online video chat platform, so you can have a session from the comfort of your own home - all you need is a strong internet connection and you're good to go.
