Corrine has been incredible with our 16 year son, who had become reclusive,difficult to engage, was suffering regular panic and anxiety attacks, which was having an impact at school and his friendship group. Her regular sessions have allowed him to untangle and start having the confidence to grow forward, getting to the root cause and knowing how to cope. We first met Corinne in Feb 22 when I took my 15 year old daughter who was diagnosed with anxiety when she was 11. Over the years she has managed to cope pretty well however early Jan took a nose dive and was unable to go to school or out of the house!
She met with Corinne and instantly felt at ease and continued to see her over the following 2 months. She has now come away with the tools to cope and it's like I have my daughter back x I cannot thank her enough for what she has done to help.
My youngest daughter who is 12 asked to speak with Corinne recently as was having very low self esteem and anxious all the time. Although I put this down to her hormones I felt it was important for her to speak with someone independent.
She had 3 sessions with Corinne and feels like a new teenager. She is back to her bubbly self, confident and funny.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy how each day is different and when clients tackle issues and I see them progressing. It's a really great feeling when I see the changes and when they learn things about themselves they perhaps didn't know before. It's also taught me a lot about myself as a person and the things that I need. I am always learning from my clients. I also enjoy just being around people from different walks of life and hearing their stories as we all have a story to tell.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to open my own business because of the freedom it allows me and because I can get to know my clients better. I can make my own choices and give the best service possible to all my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about people and the job that I do. I listen and I am empathetic. I provide support, a safe and trusting environment. I am non-Judgmental and take confidentiality very seriously.
I shall give you techniques and exercises to take away to add to your toolkit. Even after we stop meeting you will be able to look back and hopefully use some of these exercises and techniques and also gain a better understanding of yourself. My aim is help you take back control of your own life again.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For my face-to-face sessions I have now changed the rules for when you arrive.
(If it's your first time coming, I will come and meet you outside in the carpark).
If it's not your first time I will no longer get up to greet you. I shall stay seated, that way social distancing is maintained.
The chairs are now also further apart and before and after the session I will disinfect the table, chairs, and all surfaces within the room. If you wish for me to wear a mask then I shall do so.
Also, if you wish to wear yours then you can do so too.

One to one therapy Anxiety or Generalized Anxiety
I offer Anxiety sessions one to one.
I give exercises to help you find techniques that work for you. To help you with anxiety cycles.
We then work together on finding the issue behind the anxiety and why it was needed in the first place. As anxiety is actually a defense mechanism.
Self-esteem - low self-worth
I talk through past experiences which usually are the course of low self -esteem and we talk about how it's become a cycle. I give exercises to help you with the low self-esteem and give you things to take away
One to one Relationship's
I talk to you as a couple. Work on the issues in the relationship by giving you both exercises to do to help strengthen the relationship.
And give communication tools to help you both going forward. I also get you to talk to each other in session and pretend I am not there.
One to one stress management
I help with stress management. Giving you the techniques and tools to help you with stress.
Together, we come up with a coping system. We come up with where this has come from and how it can be made less stressful. I also give you exercises to do whenever you are stressed to help you out. As stress is one of the biggest triggers for both anxiety and depression.
