Fran is a very empathetic, insightful and obviously highly experienced and qualified therapist. She's helping me address issues that are longstanding and have been painful to confront. I feel that her guidance and practical tips on coping with the sometimes negative effects of processing my concerns are vital and I have learned (and am learning) tools to help with those patterns and symptoms. She is a strong, professional ally and I am very pleased I have come across someone like her on my personal journey to feeling better and living to my full potential.Mrs H. More...

I have known Fran for 35 years so this is more of a character reference than anything. She has been a loyal friend and been supportive at the right times. I feel anyone who has therapy with her will have a good experience. More...

Q&As

Encouraging individuals to discover a sense of freedom in their lives, and to live deliberately rather than accidentally.

I had been used as an 'agony aunt' all my life, and decided to learn how to do so more effectively and professionally.

Having been accepted by the professional organisations BACP and UKCP, and studying for my MA in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling, I felt in a good position, both through experience and training, to offer something of value to people experiencing difficulties in their lives.

To experience a relationship free from judgement, negativity, assumptions and expectations,
so that new ways of thinking about the way life can be lived are made possible.
