Are you finding life’s problems too difficult to manage? Struggling with anxiety or depression? I would love to walk alongside you and help you to find a way through. I have worked in a local youth counselling agency and as a mentor at the local Uni. I work voluntarily for the local hospice offering support to carers, people with a diagnosis and those suffering from bereavement. I have experienced the loss of a child. If you would struggle to sit and talk face-to-face for an hour then I am happy to consider walk and talk therapy.
