As a qualified nutritionist I will always aim to provide clients with professional advice supported by numerous studies/research. I am relatively new to this platform and am looking to take on more clients. My Q&A should answer/help any doubts that you may have. If you still have any, please feel free to message me. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

The impact of the human diet on their health and wellbeing has been studied and researched for several decades. Several papers and journals have demonstrated that a healthy diet is essential for:

1. Disease prevention
2. Muscle maintanence
3. Bone health
4. Organ health
5. Positive/Improving mental health
6. Fertility & Libido
7. Energy levels
8. Cognitive function
9. Sleep regulation
10. Skin and Hair health
11. Longevity

The fact that this thoroughly researched topic is STILL ongoing to this day and for the forseeable future indicates how important and everchanging the effects of a healthy diet is/can be on the health and wellbeing of people.

What do you love most about your job?

I've always considered myself to be a people's person. When I am working with or have a good relationship with someone, I become invested in their goals and visions. Observing people transition into what they want to become is what I love most about this job. Watching people grow/reach their targets brings me a lot of joy or encourages me to take on more clients as well as continuing to work on myself!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Going into business to do what I've always wanted to do was not a hard decision for me. My inspirations were:
1. Growing up you see many people struggle with ill health and I strongly believe that dietary and lifestyle changes is the first step into making a change.
2. I believe good health is the most valuable thing you can have in life
3. Many people just need a push, the knowledge is everywehre, online, in books and in journals but having someone with you on your journey is sometimes all you need.

Why should our clients choose you?

Being an athletic and sport orientated child growing up I could never grasp why people wouldn't want to 'look after themselves'. After finishing secondary school I lost interest in exercise, playing sports and maintaining a healthy diet; something I never thought would happen. I gained a lot of weight and was in the worst shape of my life, I then understood the other side of the coin. The research into getting into shape and good health began and it was then that my passion for Nutrition and Exercise was born. A year later I decided to open a gym with my brother and this gave me a client facing experiecnce of how to implement nutrition and exercise plans depdning on the goals and needs of the individual improved my communication/social skills. After 3 years of owning/managing a gym I decided to pursue a degree in Human Nutrition. Once I finished this I felt confident enough to apply my knowledge to the oustide world; instead of only sharing it with family and friends.

I know how much effort and displine is required to have a transformation and I only wish to share that knowledge so that others can have their own.

Also, I am not held down to other full-time commitments, I am always working on my own time.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Of course! whether that's through direct messaging, video calls, it is completely up to the clients preferences. Face to face is available but that would have to be scheduled with more time.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Happy to take a Rapid Antigen Covid Test if any clients wish to meet face to face. Masks etc will also be worn if the clients require it.
