I have done just over 8 weeks with Sam. He was very kind, friendly, motivating and enthusiastic about his work! He created me a bespoke meal plan and taught me all things nutrition related. Sam's motto is 'mind, body and connection' and we both gauged well during sessions using this approach and he adapted well to my needs at all times. I am happy to say that with Sam's help I have lost over 12+kg in weight. For me it wasn't just the weight loss which was the main goal but it was actually becoming confident with the gym as it can be a daunting experience for most at the start. Having Sam there with me has motivated me in my gym journey which will be life long! Sam does not participate in quick weight loss programs, which is what I appreciate. I have met a lot of friendly people in the gym through Sam which was very nice as well. Overall, I highly recommended working with Sam, my fitness journey does not finish here and I am excited to see what the future holds. More...

Working with Sam is an amazing experience.
He made me feel really comfortable from the first session. He finds a really good balance between setting stretch goals and motivating me.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Whilst Fitness is a science, it is also a fact that every person is unique with unique biomechanics. The science has to be tailored and crafted to fit individuals goals, objectives, challenges. Before taking on any clients, I will meet them for a taster session, where they get to experience our training methods directly and I have an opportunity to discuss and analyse their objectives and needs. I know that I may not be the right PT for all everyone, thus if I feel that the case, I will advise the client accordingly.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is a lot of truth in the saying "you are what you eat". A balanced nutrition with correct macros counts for 80% of a dream body goal. All our trainees are required to follow the meal plan that is tailored to their individual goals.
What do you love most about your job?
It's not a job! This is my passion and obsession, it's my only vice! I am my most happiest when I am in the gym, training or training a client. The most rewarding part of training a client, is seeing their reaction and joy and pain in reaction to when something connect, be it a exercise, movement or a hitting a new PR.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been training since the age of 12, young and stupid, I would hit the gym regularly, made every single mistake possible. In those days, we didn't have YouTube influencer, just Flex magazine. Hindsight is 20/20, and thinking back I thought how much more success I would have had in my development, if I had someone to learn from.
