Tobie Glenny

Hi Counselling is about us building a relationship, where you feel free to talk through whatever you may wish to discuss, in a confidential and non-judgemental setting. Issues can vary from: relationships, identity, stress, anxiety, or depression, to a whole variety of other issues. Duration can vary from short term focused work, to more long term personal development. I work using a variety of methods, adapted to individual needs. I am a qualified integrative counsellor, and have many years’ experience of working in the caring professions as both a teacher and a counsellor. I work as a counsellor in a GPs surgery, with referrals on a range of issues; in private practice with clients seeking either counselling or personal development; and in a school with young people from 11 to 18. I have particular expertise working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs (Autism, Aspergers, ADHD, etc) who are struggling around issues of inclusion in mainstream education; and offer a range of services including tutoring, mentoring and counselling.

Nicky Harbridge Counselling and Psychotherapy

About Me I am a fully qualified BACP registered integrative counsellor who works with adults, couples, young people and children. As well as my private practice in Sudbury Suffolk I have also worked as Child and Family Practitioner for a charity organisation counselling young children and women who are survivors of sexual violence and abuse. I run regular training courses for fellow counsellors in Suffolk and have lectured on counselling children and young people at University Campus Suffolk. How I work As an integrative counsellor, I work holistically by integrating different therapy skills into my practice in order to provide a service which will suit individual needs. In my training I have developed a skills set which includes talking therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction, CBT, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and therapeutic art and play techniques. Some of the issues which I support clients with are; anxiety - depression - work stress - bereavement - mental health - eating disorder - sexual issues - relationship issues - trauma rape/sexual abuse - transition - personal development

Julie DeLuca Counselling

Counselling, Psychotherapy and Wellbeing As a registered member of the BACP (MBACP) I’m a psychotherapist/counsellor working in an integrative way, i.e., not limiting my approach to one school of therapy/thought which means my approach is unique for each client/couple or family. My various qualifications together with my past experience of working in a variety of companies, large and small in roles within Human Resources, gives me the ability to work with clients in an innovative and creative fashion. I also provide supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists as required by the BACP and UKCP. My work is with individuals in one to one therapy, with couples in couple or relationship counselling and with families. I work from two addresses, one in central Manchester, M1 5AN, close to the St Peter’s Square Metrolink and another in central Bury, BL9 0ST, very close to the Town Hall and within a short walking distance of the Metrolink and Bus Terminal. The environment we will work in is strictly confidential, a safe and secure setting where you’re able to explore and identify what it may be that you want from therapy. Some of the issues that I work with are listed below from stress through anger management to drug and alcohol abuse: • Low self esteem • Depression and low mood • Work related stress • Conflicts between work and private life • Bereavement, grief and loss • Lack of confidence and/or motivation • Redundancy • Family Issues • Bullying • Anxiety and generalised anxiety • Stress • Changes in behaviour • Anger and anger management • Relationship issues • Issues arising from divorce or separation • Sexual orientation • Issues related gay, lesbian and bi-sexuality • Sex addiction, sexual and psychosexual issues/problems • Internalised self dislike • Conflict resolution or mediation • Phobias • Personal development and growth • Addictions • Drug, alcohol or other substance misuse • internalised self-dislike
