I help clients achieve their fitness goals with daily motivation and support to their fitness and nutrition, as well as weekly check ins to monitor their progress.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is about having consistent efforts to fitness and nutrition. It is about incorporating these as part of your everyday lifestyle, and one that is sustainable. Having the knowledge to execute these properly will help a lot as well.

What do you love most about your job?

The one aspect I love about my job is seeing clients achieved both their fitness and physique results during our time spent working together. I also pride in myself when past clients continue to adopt a positive and consistent approach to their fitness and lifestyle even after our coaching contract has ended.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My own personal fitness journey inspired me to start my own business. In the past, I believed cardiovascular activities was the only way to lose weight. I was never satisfied with my own physique and constantly feeling the need to achieve a certain weight in order to look good. I had no idea how important the role of nutrition is to fitness and body composition. This was until I was introduced to strength training by my past trainer 7 years ago. My perception about nutrition improved as a result as well. I never looked back since and have even competed in a body building competition. My mission is to inspire and help many women that they too can achieve their physique goals through sustainable fitness and lifestyle habits.

I have 7 years experience in strength training and 2 years coaching experience. I helped women improved their body composition through fat loss using strength training. I am a great advocate for creating sustainable lifestyle habits. I believe many current and future clients will benefit from using my expertise and personal experience to achieve their fitness goals.
