How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
From using skin fold caliper body fat measurement (in-person training) to visual assessing (online training) methods, I will keep track of every piece of data you have for the record. I will be giving out a tailed and customized diet plan/macronutrient goals for you to follow.
Our training plans would also be personalized for you to help YOU achieve your fitness goal and get physically stronger. We will definitely build up muscles and improve your weak areas.
You will expect a lot of follow-ups from me as I will guide you every step of the way whether you are a gym beginner/intermediate/advance. We will work as a team to achieve every goal of yours.

That I am transforming. I love to get people better, and stronger inside and outside, and fell in love with the process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because I need more flexibility to get my own business going so I could help more people and inspire the community.
