Everyone is very friendly - friendly atmosphere, encouraging. They're always helping you become better with your health. The teachers are very patient, helping to ensure sure you understand why you're doing the various exercises.
It used to hurt walking up the stairs, but now I have minimal pain. I can touch the floor and the tightening of the lower back is now gone due to Pilates. I don't have problems I've had before with arthristis; Pilates is a much kinder exercise for my knees. Even though I just started, I'm going to try Piyo and the other alternative services.
