How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I have a deep passion for helping those who want to change help themselves along the journey to a new lifestyle. I'm looking for clients who have that fire in their bellies to want to change their bodies & their lifestyle. The first change you must make is your mindset & knowing that you can reach your goals. Sometimes I find myself wanting to help someone more than they want to help themselves. You have to want it. I can't make you change, I can only encourage & educate you to the best of my abilities. Fitness is not something you casually do once or twice a week. For those who want to be fit & healthy for the rest of their lives engage in some form of fitness daily, along with eating a well rounded healthy diet. This is what I desire to teach you, a lifestyle not a temporary fix. Looking forward to helping those who want help. My goal is to have clients tell me thanks for inspiring to start & keeping me motivated & consistent. My hard work has paid off more than I ever thought it could ?.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After becoming 40 lbs over my ideal weight & then noticing that the general population was grossly overweight, out of condition, & unhealthy. It became my mission to see how I could help change this trend. I want to see people live long productive lives free of any medications or health related illness.

Why should our clients choose you?

5-Star service along with great rates. $50/session with a minimum of 2 sessions per week ($400/mo), $35.00/session with a minimum of 3 sessions per week ($420/mo), $30/session with a minimum of 4 sessions per week ($480/mo) & $25/ session with a minimum of 5 sessions per week ($500/mo). If you want to workout with an additional person I will discount your session by $10 the additional person pays the full price. I try to make personal training accessable for the average person, a lot less than the avg. fee of $60/session. Also the more you train the less it is per session. I'll WORK WITH YOU & YOUR BUDGET to come up with a suitable package that can work for both of us. I train in Clinton. You can train with me at Planet Fitness as my guest (one free guest) & outdoors sometimes.
