How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I ask a lot of questions. I listen. I use this information to create lively and challenging workouts for my clients to meet their individual needs. I ask clients interested in losing weight to keep food diaries, offering coaching and nutritional support to get the job done. I've worked with brides, athletes, seniors and everything in between. I'd love the opportunity to work with you!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Be patient, change doesn't happen overnight. Set SMART goals - Specific; Measurable; Attainable; Relevant; Timely. Lift weight, get plenty of sleep, laugh often and eat clean. Also, don't take it too seriously. It's OK to eat cake! And HAVE FUN!

What do you love most about your job?

I love watching people get stronger and more confident in their bodies. It empowers me!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've worked in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. I've taught group exercise classes and managed membership operations at a large gym. I was ready to take on a more individualized approach with clients, and have a more flexible schedule. I also want to meet people where they're at. My business model is I come to you. In your home, at a park - whatever works for you. Let's do this!
