Personal Trainers

I recently worked with Tilo to get in shape for my wedding and I could not be happier with the results! Tilo was so welcoming when I first met him and he's extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness.

He was also very personable and friendly throughout the entire process, and was always on time for our sessions, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape and would definitely give him 5 stars!

I've been working out with Tilo for a couple months now and can already see a huge difference in my strength and physical appearance. I make fitness and health fun and enjoyable. When 'working out' and 'training' are enjoyable, they become sustainable, and eventually part of your lifestyle. My role as your trainer is to find out what type of movement you enjoy, and to strategically create a program that goes hand in hand with your goals, while also offering you motivation and accountability.

Movement consistency. When you begin to view your fitness and health as a marathon and not a sprint, good changes naturally occur. Implementing some basic lifestyle behaviors as well as knowing where to start, make this 'dream body' attainable, and that's my role as your trainer.

1) Sharing my knowledge in a way that creates meaningful change in my clients.
2) Building relationships with people who see the value in movement and health.
3) I love being a coach

After a decade teaching middle school P.E. and coaching various sports, my decision to transition to full time training was inspired by my ongoing passion for fitness, and health.

You should choose me if you value building up a relationship with your trainer. I hope you will look forward to each training session, not to feel sore and judged, but rather to feel empowered, and ultimately to enjoy movement. You won't just pump iron with me, but we will talk about your most recent vacation, or the newest show on Netflix.

I train you in person, all throughout Marin and SF. I bring the gym to you, for the ultimate convenience, training you wherever you'd like, from your garage to a local park!

I train most of my clients outdoors, and I'm happy to mask up during our session if preferred!
