Outstanding! A professional and conscientious practice with exceptional staff who are knowledgeable and helpful at every encounter. Dr. Poulos was my surgeon and his skill and care for his work are evident on my face I've yet to have anyone guess I had any "work" done and the results were exactly what I had hoped for. I was never pressured and all my questions were answered honestly. Never having had ANY kind of cosmetic procedure or surgery done in my life I was anxious but I did a lot of research before and after my consultation so I felt confident in my decision.As a retired Nurse Practitioner I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the pre- and post-op instructions as well as the info on what to expect at any given stage of the process mentally as well as physically. I recently had the Geneveve procedure to address my stress urinary incontinence. I have had wonderful results!!!! It has beyond exceeded my expectations. Emily is very professional and knowledgeable. The procedure is no big deal - quick and painless. It took about a month, but now I can work out without worry. Even little things like sneezing/coughing are not a problem anymore. My review is for the Geneveve, Vaginal Rejuvenation: First and foremost I would like to stress how comfortable the staff made me feel throughout the whole process right from the start. Right from the beginning, the conversation explaining what to expect and how it works was very professional and thorough. But what I was particularly nervous about was the procedure. Turns out there was nothing to worry about. The nurse was so nonchalant and easy going that I immediately felt at ease, like it wasn't even a thing. The procedure itself went by quicker than I anticipated and the we just chatted about about weekend plans and such. Aside from two little zaps there was no pain at all. Now to the results part - My husband is thrilled with the difference and he says everyone should do this. Thank you Dr Hvistenthal for doing an amazing job!   I was starting to develop a pooch under my chin and no longer felt comfortable with my hair in a ponytail.  Dr H did a beautiful job on chin and neck with a lower face lift/neck lift.    I was back at work in a week flat feeling great.  Ps he's also the guy for lips if you want to get rid of those nasty little lines. Dr. Hvistendal is amazing! I had a situation that took place up north and he collaborated with the my doctor and was willing to take me in immediately and take a look at my issue. Absolutely thrilled with my results! Dr Poulos is not only a truly skilled plastic surgeon he is extremely patient, kind, and easy to get along with. This review is for Dr. H. I saw him in August 2017 and I absolutely loved him!!! He was very honest, heard me out, was patient, took his time, and he put me at ease. What made me want to see him is that I saw his work first hand (a friend) and he's amazing. The reason for 4 stars is that his rate went up. There's a $150 fee on top of the cost for the injectible(s). I really really want to see him again however, the price increase is what is deterring me. I want to consult with him for other plastic surgery matters and unfortunately, I can't afford to at the moment. The office is centrally located and the ladies that work there are awesome. I came to see Dr Poulos for a BA a few months ago, I am now one month post op and could not be any more pleased with the results. At my consult I let him know what I wanted and he listened and showed me all my options on a digital program system and goes over everything in great detail and is very thorough, I had so many questions going into it and he had answered everything before I could even ask! His bedside manner, professionalism and personality put you at ease as soon as you sit down with him. I knew I was in good hands within 5 minutes of my consultation and knew I had chosen the right doctor. When the  day of surgery came I decided I wanted him to do whatever looked best on my frame, which was prefect! (That's how much I trust him!) The front desk are all so friendly and helpful, after surgery I had lots of questions and when I called more then once everyone was so happy to answer my questions. I got a call after surgery as well from Holly checking on me which made me feel very special and a lot more comfortable during my first few days of recovery.  I would highly recommend this office and Dr Poulos to anyone who wants to enhance there body in any way. Went to Dr. Hvistendahl for botox, and full stars for that as well!!!! (Please make sure and read my previous breast augmentation review! ) He took his time explaining the whole process to me, and what he was doing. I got even better results than the last place I went for botox, and next time I get botox I will be coming back here! Arched my eyebrows perfectly, and gave me a follow-up appointment to check the overall results, where he added a tiny bit more for free. They charge per CC, which means you're not getting watered down stuff, or skimped on the amount. Great experience, and like I said in my other review, I highly recommend coming here! More...

Dr. H and his whole staff is outstanding. I am almost at a loss for words with how happy I am that I chose him as my surgeon. I got a breaat augmentation at a young age and wasn't educated. I came to Dr. H 5 years after for a consultation. I had no expectations. But As soon as he walked into the room, I knew that I was going to schedule for surgery. He listened, educated and created a plan. I am a hairdresser in Marin and I have seen many of his clientele, not only is he amazingly talented...he is honest and caring. I also see Dr. H for regular Botox. I have only seen him, and it will stay that way forever. No one can even tell that I have it!! The staff here is absolutely amazing!!  I first came to Dr. Poulos a little over 4 years ago for a consultation about reducing the size of my nose and have been nothing but extremely satisfied ever since.  Dr. Poulos is so amazing and was so patient with my family and I asking a billion questions.  I have always been self conscious about my nose and was so nervous about going into surgery, especially since I have friends who have had to have multiple surgeries to get the results they wanted from different surgeons.  I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but Dr. Poulos took the time to show me different looks on his computer and what would look best for my face.  A few weeks after my surgery, when all the swelling had gone down and I could actually see my nose I was so happy.  I have never felt so beautiful and confident before, and it was all thanks to Dr. Poulos!  I would recommend this place to any person looking for a professional, experienced surgeon, it was worth every penny and even more! I always look forward to going to my botox appointments, not just for what I'm getting done and how it makes me feel, but because everyone is always so nice and friendly! I really appreciate Dr. Hvistendahl's down to earth attitude as well as his opinion and integrity! I had my first (and still only) plastic surgery (breast augmentation) in January 2011. From the beginning, I felt totally at ease with the entire staff. I was recommended to consult PSS by a friend who chose PSS for her BA as well. I consulted several doctors around the Bay Area, and felt Dr. Hvistendahl (and supporting staff) were the best fit for my needs because they made me feel like they cared about me / my needs as a patient, and that I would be getting care totally customized to my needs. OMG!!! I look amazing! I feel amazing! I AM amazing! Dr. Poulos did an incredible job -- lipo to my flanks and thighs!!! What a difference!!! My experience in this office is always pleasant. The staff is kind, helpful, and patient. Everyone from the medical personnel to the staff seem knowledgeable and good at what they do. I am being treated for facial nerve damage from more than 20 years ago, and this is the first time it has been addressed successfully. My fiance and I researched quite a few Bay Area plastic surgery centers, and eventually decided on PSS and Dr. Poulos for her Breast Augmentation. From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic; plenty of support answering any and all questions/concerns we had, a very friendly staff, clean facility, etc. Dr. Poulos helped her feel very comfortable during all of our pre-op sessions. The surgery itself went as well as you could expect, and the post-op attention we received was exemplary. The results were exactly as we expected based on the pictures that were loaded into the special surgical software they use - three months post-op and her breasts look exactly like the software output we were shown.
