What do you love most about your job?

I love transforming people's lives, body shapes and mindsets. I have a positive outlook to life so I really appreciate the trust which has been placed on me. My clients are so amazing and I feel so blessed.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I believed I could make serious impact in the gyms I worked when I was a fitness instructor. Everyday I saw many beginners in need of professional help. I also wanted them to prevent sports injuries so began studying to become a personal trainer.

I train clients in their home, in residential gyms, the park or garden. At present I don't offer online training I but may do in the future.

I also provide 30 day Full Body Transformation workouts as clients often prefer to workout alone.
