How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Based on their goals, exercise history, past medical conditions, lifestyle & habits we adapt and personalize a program that will be best suited for their needs. Everyone is diffirent so the assessment/consultation is where I really learn about them and what has prevented them from reaching their goals in the past.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Being committed. This is about a lifestyle change not a quick get fix. If you are unable to make that commitment you may never reach your goals. I help my clients realize what they are capable of and motivate and educate them to get there. It starts with a positive mindset, focus, goals and determination.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping women feel confident about themselves again. Watching them grow through their fitness and health journey and become strong and independent in their bodies again. The confidence from this helps them with other areas of their life as well. Better sex, more energy as a mom, more confidence at work, wanting to get into a bathing suit again. It is very rewarding.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was awkward and clumsy as a child and always very skinny with low confidence. I wanted to change that and I knew that if I felt better about my body and stronger then my confidence would change. This is why I became a trainer. I started my own business from there so I would have the flexibility to train women how I thought would be best for them and not under an umbrella of a large fitness company that is more focused on making a sale then actually helping the women change.

Why should our clients choose you?

I really care about each of my clients. For me its not about the sale. I listen to them and learn their story. It is more then just giving them a workout because any trainer could do that. I want to inspire them, encourage them and build them up. Give them the education and skills they need to be successful even on their own without me.
