Lifestyle Coaching by Cara is a full spectrum approach to coaching. Fitness and nutrition are only a fraction of a healthy lifestyle. With my coaching you will also learn how to manage emotions and stress, turn unhealthy coping mechanisms into more positive/healthy ways to deal with hardships and mastering your mindset of how you look at things.

I provide the tools and support my clients need to safely reach their lifestyle goals. They are provided with ongoing support throughout the process through weekly check ins/email and text support. Clients are required to complete the weekly check ins to keep them accountable and so I can monitor their progress and make all necessary changes to their programs as required.

I love watching the mental and physical transformations my clients go through as they go on their journey. To see someone fall in love with themselves from the inside out is why I do what I do.

With me as your coach, you are getting a coach who is extremely passionate about truly helping people change their lives. Not only am I fully certified with 10 years of experience, I truly love what I do. With me, you get high quality, fully personalized plans which require very close attention to detail, education, meticulous thought and intent.

I provide exclusively online services for my clients. I utilize a very user friendly app for all my programming. Each client signs up (for free) for the app and all their plans are uploaded by me to their individual accounts for fast and easy access.

The fitness and nutrition programming go hand in hand with each other. My nutrition plans are fully personalized just as the fitness plans. They are based on your lifestyle, daily activity, goals and needs. From lifestyle to sports nutrition or simple overall health, there is always a way to get you to where you want to be.

To live a healthy lifestyle, our mindset is one of the key factors. You can do all the training possible and eat the healthiest meals, but if you are struggling emotionally and mentally, your body will struggle to respond. I provide the tools and exercises you need to be able to master your mindset, exchange unhealthy habits for healthy ones, learn how to manage emotions and stress to move along your journey with clarity and positivity.
