Back in 2006 I realised that there was a gap between the services provided by the bookkeeper and the tax accountant. In that, the accountant is usually highly skilled but knows little about the day-to-day business of the client. Whereas, the bookkeeper is hands-on but not qualified as much.
In order to bridge this gap, the solutions proposed was to provide a bookkeeper at the skillset of an accountant.
Now, this would not be achieved without blowing the budget. Hence, the real challenge was to provide this service at the price point of an entry level graduate while maintaining the skillset of essentially a Tax Accountant.
This was achieved by introducing a new way of working which was essentially the 'Collaborative Model' in which duties are delegated in a faster and more efficient manner to reduce costs and improve productivity. It included hiring qualified accountants that produced results as a bookkeeper but 3x accelerated.
We have a high focus on keeping motivation elevated at all times.
So we may help them DELEGATE the tasks to us, so we may AUTOMATE the processes, which allows them to LIBERATE themselves.
We offer both online as well as remote services.
We do this through Google Meets, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other commercial apps that help collaborate online.
