Cindy's approach and coaching was very friendly and realistic from the start. There was little fluff which helped get to the source of the issues quickly and easily. The masterclasses are a great way to mingle and learn at the same time offering real time feedback which is not always readily available. Cindy helped me map out my business processes to find out quickly what was working and what needed a little fixing. Once we did this we were confident about employing an office manger to support the business. It has taken me a while to get to this place and I have appreciated having someone outside the business looking in. By tweaking the recruitment ad we improved the calibre of people applying and the number of applications. The process for recruitment was a smooth system which is easy to implement in my business going forward.
