Booking someone online can make you nervous to trust and have confidence that you are securing someone who will actually deliver on their task to your standards.
Both being perfectionists with with exceptionally high standards, usually very hard to meet, Callum absolutely exceeded our expectations, installing 7 chandeliers to perfection.
He not only completed the tasks required but he identified areas of improvement we had not foreseen and completed those to an exceptionally high standard with high attention to detail.
A very hard and fast worker, he is also a great communicator and easy to talk to about your needs and expectations so you feel safe with him in your home, which very important, especially for a woman.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Back in 2006 I realised that there was a gap between the services provided by the bookkeeper and the tax accountant. In that, the accountant is usually highly skilled but knows little about the day-to-day business of the client. Whereas, the bookkeeper is hands-on but not qualified as much.
In order to bridge this gap, the solutions proposed was to provide a bookkeeper at the skillset of an accountant.
Now, this would not be achieved without blowing the budget. Hence, the real challenge was to provide this service at the price point of an entry level graduate while maintaining the skillset of essentially a Tax Accountant.
This was achieved by introducing a new way of working which was essentially the 'Collaborative Model' in which duties are delegated in a faster and more efficient manner to reduce costs and improve productivity. It included hiring qualified accountants that produced results as a bookkeeper but 3x accelerated.
We have a high focus on keeping motivation elevated at all times.

We offer both online as well as remote services.
We do this through Google Meets, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other commercial apps that help collaborate online.
We take pride in being tech-savvy and embrace new technologies to normalise the online meetings. The online whiteboard for example, has not only made it easier to present the workings online but also reduced the double handling of meeting notes and emails. The post COVID era has been a blessing in disguise for industries such as ours.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We sanitise our web cams.
We wash our keyboards.
We cover our eyes when sneazing.
We do not make eye contact.
We wear sunglasses to work.
We change gloves regularly. (Not just at Subway)
