What do you love most about your job?

I get out of bed every day doing what I love.
Seeing my clients succeed, is why I choose to work with small and medium businesses, to see the impact fo what we do and the success that small wins bring.

Mostly, I am driven to see you succeed. I dont do what I do for money, I do it because I love it, the $$ are just a side benefit.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had seen so many businesses make mistakes when setting up or scaling up their small businesses. Spending money on things they don't need and missing the key areas that drive revenue growth.

I have owned 3 small business and this is my fourth. I know what mistakes are made, I understand the cash flow challenges and I get the stress of lying awake at night. I want to take that off the shoulders of business owners, helping them to carry the land.

Why should our clients choose you?

It's great to have social media but what are the strategic outcomes from it, and why throw a small amount of money at it for limited success? If it is just about increasing followed then you are doing it wrong.
Its nice to have a very fancy website, but do you need it? Is it worth spending $5000-$10000 on a website when its a digital shopfront?

And how expensive is your collateral and where do you use it? We are not into rebranding you and seeing you spend big money on the wrong results - we look at your business from a non emotional point of view, we ask the hard questions and we guide you towards the best outcomes for you.

We are not yes people. We will challenge you, we do ideas differently. There is more value in a good consultant than paying an agency's rent or for their coffee machine. All of our team work from home offices, we gather weekly electronically (as we are all over the country) and we deliver, using some great pieces of tech that allow us to track our time and expenses, ultimately making us more affordable.

We provide our services both remotely, online and in person depending where you are. In the current pandemic and health climate, it is much easier to meet online, by phone or zoom, or to use project tools with good communications channels in them. As technology has advanced, so too has our ability to wok anywhere. We have clients in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Auckland NZ, Singapore and The United States

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have always been nimble in the way we work - no big office with expenses. It's simple and its cost effective, meaning we can invest our time and money into being better at what we do. Most importantly, the only place we are cautious is around others. We cant afford to be sick nor can any small business owner, so its all about making sure we employ best practice when we do meet.
