The Jerk Hut is Phenomenal . The Breakfast sandwich is insanely Delicious. Grilled Flat bread with sliced Jerked Chicken breast, sautéed Onions & Peppers, Eggs and Cheddar cheese, topped with Jerk BBQ sauce. If you ask real nice, he just might add a few slices of fried, succulent plantains. This sandwich just doesn't make sense. Too damn good.....

Grand opening is 3/25/14.  Attended the pre-opening yesterday and the food was delicious, seriously everything I tried was yummy: beet salad, cheese and dry salami plate, scallops and chocolate tart.  Not to be outdone by the amazing food, the interior of the space is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere has a light airy modern yet rustic feel.  There is a great outdoor patio with cool bar area where you can relax and enjoy the scenery  The personal touches throughout the space do not go unnoticed.  Finally a Roswell based restaurant on the east side of 400 worth staying OTP for!

Amazing dining experience here! We were greeted and given the Royal treatment by Ms. Amanda. She was very charming and welcoming. A true southern lady! Our server was Jack and we received top notch anticipatory service where everything from the rocking drink selection, starters, and entrees were most excellent. Some of our favorite drinks: Campfire and Tropical Bliss. Starters: The Brussels sprouts, French Onion🧅 soup, and the pretzel 🥨, and don’t forget the spinach dip. Our amazing entree’s: OSSO BUCO, Fish and Chips, Herbed Chicken, and STEAK FRITES! Yummmmm!

Culinary arts is a natural passion of Chef V's since a very young age. She flirted with catering over the years, while working corporate, servicing functions for family and friends. After 20 years in the workforce, Chef V decided to follow her passion and love for sharing her delightful cuisine. Initially starting with a food truck, she is now a self trained grill master and infuses her signature smoke flavor whenever the opportunity arises.
Aside from offering a luxurious experience and diverse menu options featuring a plethora of exuberant flavors, Chef V does not prepare any items with pork or bi-products of pork. She also offers an array of healthier options including vegan/vegetarian items.
While you are able to see how tasty our culinary talents are via our library images, you unfortunately aren't able to experience our services remotely.
