Bad service. I came in today after a spin class as I sometimes do and had been told by the general manager of my studio that a promotion offering half off smoothies post workout was still going on. I came in and ordered the recovery smoothie (which I like a lot) and asked about the discount. The cashier was very nice but wasn’t sure so asked the general manager, Mark. Mark looked at me and said that was an old promotion and then sounding irritated asked “who told you that”. I gave the person’s name and Mark just walked away. The cashier and I were unsure what to do. She wasn’t sure if she give me the discount or not. I paid full price because $4.50 isn’t gonna break any banks. But here is the thing, it wouldn’t have broken Kale Me Crazy’s Bank either. But what was worse is he went into the back to argue about it with the other manager, Mike. I was uncomfortable but what the real issue is is that Mark apparently didn’t value me enough as customer or human being to even have the decency to finish the conversation. He turned and walked away from both me and the cashier leaving us unsure what the final decision was. 1) if I were the manager I would have said, ma’am I apologize but we no longer are running that promotion. Since you were misinformed I will honor it this time and then I’ll be sure to let the spin studio know that this is no longer valid. BUT, since again it’s not gonna break my bank (or theirs) if NOT, the he should have at least had the decency to address me and say SOMETHING. I couldn’t help but wonder if I looked different would it have been so easy to dismiss me? To just walk away and never come back or say ANYTHING AT ALL??!! It was like I wasn’t even standing there! Even the sweet young lady at the cash register seemed embarrassed. I literally had at that point paid and tipped for the smoothie so I WAITED (and let’s be honest everything is fresh so it takes a long time) and still...that man didn’t come back to say yes or no or even to speak. What did happen after what seems to be a heated convo in the back was that Mike then came out (also did not address me or the issue) and walked PASSED me out of the store to go say something to the woman who HE HAD JUST TOLD THE DAY BEFORE that the promotion was going I guess that now it wasn’t. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m a grown woman, a business owner, and member of the community and there is NO reason I should have been made to feel less than deserving of the same human decency and respect that anyone should be able to expect when spending their hard earned dollars in your establishment. I walked in smiling and left feeling effected in a very negative way. That’s my experience with your store. I will never look at that store again the same because me and my money are clearly not valued there. More...

On my first visit, I ordered a smoothie without an ingredient I’m allergic to, but it was accidentally added. Luckily the staff realized before I drank the whole thing, and I was able to minimize my reaction in time. The owner was made aware, and after we spoke he offered for me to come meet him, and enjoy my second experience on the house. He expressed his concern for the mistake, and was clear on his intentions from keeping it from happening again. He is very enthusiastic about his business, and sharing how good nutrition can enrich your life. Everything I’ve had from this restaurant has been delicious. Even the juices are mixed so well that I’m sure anyone can find at least one they like. They make eating healthy fun with wonderful staff and nice atmosphere, as well as making highly nutritious foods that taste great. My current line up of favorites are the wheatgrass shot, kale yeah juice, and the quinoa bowl. They offer so much more than just kale. I went to the Roswell location and the ordered the Pear Apple salad to-go. It was very good and was brought out after a very short wait. The only thing that would have made it better, is if they had actually cut up the lettuce. I had to search for a knife at work to cut up giant (like GIANT) leaves of lettuce before eating it. I am a loyal customer - frequent it almost on a weekly basis. I had a real disappointing experience - picking up and incomplete order. Mistakes do happen though when I called it was almost as if I had made the mistake - no apology - come by whenever to pickup. Having to go back only to see/hear Service team clown around laugh only made my frustration greater. It’s evident Service has deteriorated significantly at least in this location. More...

Service was great and the atmosphere was nice but after paying nine dollars for a small smoothie basically it was the absolute worst smoothie I've ever had. I had THE best wrap sandwich of my life here. Turkey in a spinach wrap. OH lawdy, it was Yummy! The greens were perfectly crunchy with a little drizzle of olive oil. Wow!
