We could not be more thankful that we ordered Christmas dinner from A&S last week. I tested positive for Covid earlier this week and don’t know what I would have done without y’all! The food was absolutely delicious! Never lost my taste, smell or appetite. The full beef tenderloin was amazingly delicious, didn’t even pick up my knife! The chimmichurri sauce was excellent. Salad and dressing were perfect. We loved the green beans, the potato medley and the broccoli casserole. A&S you saved Christmas at our house! Thank you so much. Perfect in every way! Last night I held my husband's surprise birthday party on site as it was the perfect size for 20 people during these Covid times. Andrew had all guests wear masks and have their temperature taken before entering as reasonable precautions. Andrew made the planning part of it so easy and he was so accommodating. He and his delightful staff were very professional yet friendly during the cooking, serving and clean-up stages. The food was outstanding. In fact - All was perfect and all the quests raved about the venue, food, experience, etc. and I saw all the guests making a point to let Andrew and the staff know what a wonderful dining experience they each had before leaving. It was especially fun watching and participating in the cooking on the Green Eggs. All in all, if you want excellent food, service and fun and at a very very reasonable price, look no further. Tonight’s dinner was scrumptious! Chicken and shrimp Po Boys with with best remoulade. Salad was the freshest with a dressing that punched through the myriad of ingredients. Killer Mac n’ Cheese and rosemary and garlic roasted sweet potatoes rounding out the meal. Also, last week we ordered filet mignon from the butcher shop. If anyone is going on vacation and is planning to take food with you, we had a great experience having A&S Culinary Concepts prepare and freeze multiple meats and some sides for us. Purchased the grilling class as an anniversary gift for my husband and today was the DAY!! 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️He had the BEST time and I joined him at 6 to eat the BEST spread of food that they cooked for 5 hours utilizing 5 Green Egg units Going to wait for a smoking class and sign him up next spring Chef and his team are amazing

I attended a team building Burger Cooking Class. The recipes were creative and inspiring. We cooked Shrimp, Chicken and Turkey Burgers. The contest was a Free Style Beef Burger. We were taught to make fresh potato chips and made homemade pickles to take home. All along the way, we received helpful tips for cooking and grilling at home. Don't typically post many reviews on Google, but this one deserves to be posted. As a birthday gift I was given an A&S Culinary Class and picked the Big Green Egg Boot Camp. Andrew and his team were great, he knows the correct way to prepare, cook and present food. He's a professional who makes it fun and enjoyable.
