How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

The SAID Principle is scientifically proven to help attain any fitness goal. What is this principle? Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands. This means that by consistently applying the right type of stimulus to the body, the body will adapt accordingly. So by applying this principle, it is easier to build a foundation of strength, conditioning and mobility.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency. Unfortunately, there is no miracle pill or even a secret, consistency is the key to attaining the body of your dreams. By having daily habits you can stick with, you can achieve anything!

What do you love most about your job?

I love my job because I'm able to help people realize their true potential and help them build the confidence to take on whatever life might throw at them. From small things like helping someone be able to stand up out of a chair without having to push up with their arms to helping people make full recoveries after an injury and accomplish more than they ever thought the might be able too. I love my job because when I can put a smile on someone else's face, it instantly puts one back on mine!

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me only if they feel that I am the right fit for them. The only way for them to find that out is to try a session. I offer free trial sessions to allow that to happen, risk free and no money is involved until they feel comfortable that I am the right person to help them achieve their fitness goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business because I believe (from my own experience) that the standard for personal trainers, in most gyms, is rather low and the prices they charge, is rather high. Therefore, my solution, start my own business and offer people high quality training a reasonable and affordable prices.
