How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I create a customized workout program for them. They get a workout card that progresses every few weeks to make sure they do not plateau. We agree upon weekly nutrition goals to help integrate healthy nutritional lifestyle changes. This helps them not only lose the weight the correct way, but also helps them maintain the weight for the rest of their lives.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret pill to the body of your dreams. The real secret is consistency and dedication to an active and healthy eating lifestyle.
What do you love most about your job?
I have helped a client lose 130 pounds. I helped my clients increase their energy so they were able to play with their kids again. I have even helped a number of my clients get off of their medications for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar. This experience has been very rewarding for me, and this is why I love my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started exercising when I was a freshman in high school. I wanted to get faster and stronger for football. Not only did it help me with football, but it also helped me with my overall well being. I kept exercising once football season was over. I fell in love with exercise. My energy was increased, stress level decreased, more confident, and overall more happy. I became a trainer because everyone deserves to be happy in their own skin. I want to spread the benefits of exercise to my clients, their friends, family, and the community as a whole.
Why should our clients choose you?
