How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I’m very realistic. I don’t believe in making big changes right away, I prefer to take baby steps in order to see continuous changes. I work with you and your lifestyle to achieve your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
These with the least amount of excuses succeed. Believe in yourself and you can do anything.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to achieve things they never thought they could do - lose weight, tone up, do a burpee.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had some amazing personal trainers help me through some tough times. I appreciated what they did for me and decided I wanted to do the same for others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work with you and your lifestyle. I don’t treat each client the same - not everyone is at the same level of working out or eating habits. I help people make lifestyle changes, not just diet or a quick fix.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am a very small studio. Only one client at a time. Classes are limited to four people in-person.
