Ryan is amazing to work with! I have never been comfortable in the gym, but he has made me so comfortable. For the first time ever, I’m excited to go to the gym and feel ready to start my fitness journey. Ryan is patient and explains how/why we are doing each step, while modifying when I may need to do so. He also has offered many resources to help guide me on my nutrition as well. As your trainer I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and fitness level, and guide you through every workout.

60 minutes

For some, working out with a friend, family member or spouse gives you the extra motivation you need. Buddy sessions are designed just like my solo sessions, but allow you to share the time with someone else who has similar goals for their health and fitness journey!

30 minute minis are designed for those who are short on time but still strive to stay active. A short 30 minute session can help with circulation, improving your mood, and boosting your metabolism.

These sessions consist of a full body workout designed to hit everything quickly. The exercises utilize multiple muscle groups at once as well as keep your heart rate high for the duration of the workout. This allows for maximum fat burn & gives your body the bump it needs to continue to burn extra calories post-workout.

For those who want additional guidance for your “off days.” I will create a custom, DIY exercise guide for the days when you are not in a guided session. Each guide includes designated active & rest days for the entire month to help keep you motivated and provide some additional structure for your health & fitness journey!
