The best thing I've done for myself is started working with Ryan at Inner Strength Personal Training. I've only been working with Ryan for a little over a month and have already lost 11 lbs. (6 inches) with his guidance. He is very knowledgeable, patient and dedicated to working with you on your goals. Someone you can really work with. His workouts are never the same so you won't get bored. You'll challenge yourself, he'll support you but won't push you over the edge. He's very good about your posture so you won't get hurt during your workouts. I love the smaller groups so you don't feel like you get lost in a crowded gym. Very supportive atmosphere. He sends messages and stays in touch with you and answers any questions you may have along the way. I actually look forward to my workouts. I highly recommend calling Ryan! You won't be dissapointed.
I have been coming to APRC for the past 5 years, both for chiropractic and podiatric care. I have never been dissatisfied. I have at one point or another seen each doctor in the office and each one of them has been helpful with their own techniques. I even bring my 7 year old to them. They are a very tight knit practice and make me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. 5 star rating hands down.
Good people and staff as well as service but facilities need some upgrade compare to peers nearby. This is my only hope, it resides in an old town, township has new buildings, residents facility should sync with all the town old and new customers.
I am very happy with my membership at Retro. I'm a new member and got Amanda as my trainer. I absolutely love her. My only negative comment is that the workout area in back is somewhat small. Sometimes I feel too many members right on top of me prompting me to end my workout. Otherwise, nice gym.
I first went to Ignite in 2013 as a New Year's challenge to try something new. I was just looking for a practice but instead I found a home. The amazing teachers and group of people that I met really transformed my life. I have traveled the world taking yoga classes and experimenting with different studios since then, but I have found no other place that exudes the same amount of warmth, love, and care.
