What’s your signature dish?
I'm very proud in my prime rib dishes. I enjoy doing braised dishes as well. We're an international influenced group of chefs, mainly run by a cruise ship experienced chef, Rene Helit.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We hop on a call to be more personable. We ask about diets, allergies, dislikes, likes, and whatever extra information to be able to create the perfect menu for the occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, creating more food, and seeing the joy that people have when I get to make my own for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I moved to Austin TX, I worked for a company for less than a year. Left due to racial discrimination and constant overload of work of 60+hrs a week. I experienced the cruise ship with 80+hrs per week and moving here was an eye opener. I didn't want to work under bosses who didn't care. I wanted to create food that wasn't frowned upon because of my age. At the age of 26, I started my own business to experience more food, make more time for self care, and be happier by creating my own menus for clients who care.
Why should our clients choose you?
We're a versatile set of chefs. Most events are run by chef Rene, but we have experiences that we can't get in the US or in Austin TX alone. We enjoy bringing flavors from different regions to get people more excited for food. Food is what brings the world together, so we'd love to share that with you.

Consulting and menu planning is the only remote aspect. We create our experiences live in our client's kitchens.
Coursed Dinners
We do intimate in-property coursed dinners. Our dinners can range from 3-10 courses depending on the party. We have international experiences and are able to provide you a twist of flavors from different regions in the world.

Brunch Parties
We offer brunch parties in the form of coursed plates or buffet/platter styles. Indulge into our fun take of classical brunch foods. We will integrate our flare and whatever it is you want and enjoy.
Celebrations: Birthdays, Bachelorette/Bachelor, etc.
We love doing parties! Birthdays are always happening so think about us when you want to blow your candles! Bachelorettes and Bachelor parties are very popular here in Austin, TX. We provide a discount to celebrate the soon-to-be-weds. This discount is that they eat for free whenever it is a party of 10 or more. This also applies with our birthday guests. Feel extra special on your day!
Multiple Day Private Chef
Looking to have a couple days or a full week with your loved ones? Or is it a fun business retreat? We are available to be your on-property private chef! 3 days? 5 days? More days of vacation together and you want to make sure there's always food on the table? Contact us and we can discuss the options into making sure you are all indulging in the best and always fed to your liking. You're here to enjoy each other, let us take care of the food!
Meal Preps
We provide fresh in-home meal preps. We create the menu for you, come with the ingredients, cook fresh in your property, and put them away ready for the days to come. We limit our preps to 3-4 dishes per session. This could be for 2 days of lunch and dinner, or 4 days of dinners prepared.
