We ordered a brunch brisket French toast , we loved it .
Note: we were rushing with the set up but David stayed 1 hour to help us with no charge , obviously 🙄 we tipped him and his team , THANK YOU DAVE , we really enjoy it , see you soon !!

What’s your signature dish?
im a chef leading the mobile restaurant so we can offer several options , however our main dishes come from the Mexican-American cuisine , like TACOS, BURRITOS, BOWLS , BBQ , BURGERS, HOT DOGS (special for kids) , Japanese Rice (special for big groups , catering on site with a show (fire, interaction, jokes, etc) .

Everithing, i really enjoy to help people to please their guests/clients/costumers , i have been working in the restaurant industry for over 7 years and now im doing catering to help some people to fulfill their dreams.
