How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask them for a few of their favorite cuisine styles, favorite restaurants, and favorite dishes. I use that along with any other parameters such as allergies, aversions, and perhaps health conscious considerations, and create a list of three separate well rounded menus for them to narrow down. This allows them to select something immediately, or serve as a jumping off point to start a discussion, or make changes and adjustments.

Getting to know our clients, successfully completing a meal or event, and making someone excited and happy with the outcome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We’ve spent decades working for others, when we felt we could do it better, more efficiently, holding higher standards, in our own style, while having more fun

Our experience and style sets us apart. We have trained under the nation’s top chefs in some of the best restaurants in the country. We have traveled the world staging in restaurants and learning different techniques.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always practice safe food handling including, but not limited to, the proper use of gloves, and thorough handwashing. We can wear face masks upon request.
In-home or drop-off meal prep
We can prepare meals in your home or drop-off meals for that day and/or subsequent days, meeting a range of dietary restrictions and health or nutritional requirements. Everything is customizable.
Private Dinners
Special occasion event meals prepared at your location. We submit menus for your approval, shop for ingredients the day of, come to your location and cook and serve you.
