Kip was an excellent communicator and served up an amazing meal for us at an Airbnb for my husband's 40th birthday. I highly recommend him!

I’ve found that on sites like this the vendors often don’t respond. Kip, however, responded promptly. We discussed the event, a Christmas cocktail party in our home, and he made several suggestions. I thought they were all great. Kip was a proactive communicator and explained his billing so there would be no surprises. He arrived in plenty of time to place heated items into my oven and offered serving tips. The food he provided was delicious and plentiful. My guests especially enjoyed the dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped with crisp bacon and the delicately sweet taste of maple. The sausage pinwheels were also a hit. All five appetizers he made were well received. I’ve already told Kip that we will ask him to be the chef at our next party. I recommend him to those seeking a chef for your next party or event. Kip was great! He arrived and got to work in the kitchen and cooked dinner for 9 guests. It was fabulous! Our family was gathered for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. She was thrilled and loved having a chef prepare the dinner. He came out and described the food course and how it was prepared and answered all the questions we had. I can make whatever you want but my signature dish is pan seared scallops. Served on a wilted bed of arugula and shitake mushrooms cooked in white wine, butter, thyme and garlic.
I then use a balsamic citrus rosemary reduction sauce to pour over the top. Top with zest of a grapefruit and orange. It is to die for!!!

I want to meet you first. To get to know what you are looking for. If you want me to create a menu I can and will. However if you want to work on it together I am fine with that as well.

I worked in corporate America a long time but wasn't happy. I wanted something that would make me happy which is cooking and pleasing others.
I attended culinary school with the intension of being an executive chef however I found owning my own business gives me more freedom.

I believe in quality customer service as well as quality meals. It is not just about the food doing what a person says they will do is very important. Unfortunately customer service has dropped off peoples priorities. A happy customer is a repeat customer

I also do zoom calls where I prepare the food with the participants. It is best to have a group of friends as they are supposed to be fun. I provide a grocery list with wine suggestions then we cook together and at the end of the call you have a meal right in front of you.

I have practiced safe distancing even dropping food off at the front door and picking up the empty cleaned containers on a future date. I wear a mask during cooking. I also can either do all the prep at home, deliver it to your home and give directions for you to cook on your own. No contact needed.
